The ring is made or resized after you place your order. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 weeks. Shipping, taxes and duties are included in the price.

A certificate accompanies every ring: IGI for lab-grown diamonds and GIA for natural diamonds.

You have a 5-year right of complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Montez provides no warranty beyond this statutory right.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the ring. Notify us within the deadline — a withdrawal form accompanies your order confirmation.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the ring is engraved or otherwise given a clear personal character, cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22(e).

The ring must be unused and in the same condition as delivered, and the certificate must be included.

As long as the ring is not engraved, Montez also offers to exchange it for another ring.
